The High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF) is proposed as the institutional “home” for follow-up and review of the post-2015 development agenda; and therefore presents a critical entry-point to ensure delivery of the post-2015 agenda and sustainable development more broadly.

This event follows on from the first workshop in April, and is aimed at post-2015 stakeholders who seek a greater understanding of how to communicate with a wider audience by engaging with the media. The session will again be led by media trainer and former BBC journalist David Thomas.

Summary of European Stakeholder Meeting on the High Level Political Forum

On 15 April in Geneva, SD2015 partners held a regional consultation on the High Level Political Forum. The purpose of the event was to provide an opportunity for stakeholders to voice their recommendations on the mandate and means of engagement with the governance body.
